Thank you to CoreEd who came to the rescue to support our learner when the current provider unexpectedly closed during our learner’s apprenticeship. From the transfer of our learner to onboarding support CoreEd maintained constant contact with our company and made the process easy. Throughout the apprenticeship we were able to contact members of the team and our learner’s personal tutor was outstanding, thank you Lorna. All work was clearly communicated and regular check ins at a time that suited the business were prioritised, additional support was also offered at times of need.
