Managing Director
A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with almost 20 years spanning every corner of education, from nurseries and schools through to colleges and independent training providers, both in the UK and internationally.

Airam has led finance and operations across some of the most diverse educational settings imaginable, managing everything from multi-million-pound budgets and international growth strategies to HR, IT and facilities, always with the learner journey at the centre. Her deep roots in the sector, combined with her passion for educational organisations that truly make a difference, led her to her most recent role at an independent training provider  and ultimately inspired her to build CoreEd from the ground up.

Venetia Hardiman

Learner Services Lead

Venetia Hardiman brings extensive experience in training, recruitment, and learner support, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships with local and national employers. As Learner Services Lead, she oversees all aspects of learner onboarding, compliance, and wellbeing support, whilst managing a dedicated team responsible for recruitment and enrolment activities.

Specialising in career guidance and employability support, Venetia excels at helping individuals navigate career transitions through one-to-one mentoring and group training sessions. Her expertise spans recruitment processes, interview preparation, and onboarding systems, combined with qualifications in Learning & Development (Level 3), IAG (Level 4), and Mental Health First Aid, ensuring learners receive comprehensive, compassionate support throughout their journey.

Phil Taylor

Business Development Lead

Philip Taylor is an apprenticeship development specialist with over 11 years’ experience in employer engagement and work-based learning across West Yorkshire and nationally. As Business Development Manager, he has built a strong reputation for matching talented individuals with pharmacy apprenticeship opportunities that transform careers and address critical workforce needs.

With a PGCE in Further Education and extensive expertise in LEVY and non-LEVY account management, Philip is passionate about making pharmacy careers accessible through the apprenticeship route. Known for his proactive approach and ability to bridge employer requirements with learner aspirations, he is dedicated to developing the next generation of confident, skilled pharmacy professionals who will shape the future of healthcare.

Jeannette Adrian

Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead

With over two decades of experience as a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician, Jeannette built a distinguished career across NHS operations management, quality assurance, and apprenticeship education, most recently as Director of Services at an independent training provider, where she designed and led pharmacy apprenticeship programmes aligned to national standards.

Throughout her career, Jeannette was consistently drawn to the human side of education: mentoring apprentice technicians, championing equality, diversity and inclusion, and advocating for learner success at every stage. Her deep-rooted belief that every learner deserves to feel supported, seen and valued made her transition into safeguarding and pastoral care a natural one. For Jeannette, it was never just about qualifications, it was always about the person behind them.
